Woodlingor Defense is a repeatable defense-style combat quest consisting of 10 consecutive battle rounds.
The Defender requests help defeating demons disguised as civilians threatening Woodlingor.
The quest is primarily used for EXP progression before level 61, and for Skill EXP beyond that point.
- NPC: Defender (348, 87)
- Location: Outside the Woodlingor Elders Zone
- Talk to the Defender outside the Elders Zone.
- The quest begins a chain of 10 combat rounds.
- Each round grants increasing rewards.
At the start of each defense round:

Three NPCs are randomly selected from the following pool:
- Armorsmith (230, 465)
- Buyer (255, 245)
- Map Merchant (405, 300)
- Bank Teller (325, 530)
- Weaponsmith (480, 450)

One of the three NPCs will initiate the fight

The other two NPCs behave normally and can be interacted with as usual
Each round grants increasing character EXP:

- After finishing all 10 rounds:
- One random party member receives a Survival Rumor Scroll
- The party leader gains 150 quest points
- Character EXP is no longer granted
- Instead, you receive:
- 20 Skill EXP to every skill
- This continues until a maximum of 5,000 Skill EXP per skill

- Nearly immune to Chaos
- Hypnotize is preferred

- Control effects (Hypnotize) are preferred over Chaos against certain enemies
- The quest remains useful for skill progression well into the mid-game
